Can you write this in english im not quite sure the language to translate. I think your asking if it is essential to have the child baptised before you apply and no it is not required.
sorry about that.....yeah, i'm asking if its necessary to submit the child's baptismal certificate when i apply for them.....FYI i'm marrying her mother and the kid is late registered. she just got registered this year. i'm from the Philippines.
