Which type of immigration are you asking about? TRV or PR? For EE, that's not something we have to answer. If you have maintained POF over the last 6 months, you are good for EE.
I'm not sure what TRV is. I'm coming on temporary work permit and than I'm planning to apply for PR probably thru PNP or some federal program.
I'm not required to have proof of funds as I have a job offer.
I heard that there is questions about previous bankruptcy?

I read it, it's a different case. Also read a few other ones and still don't have an answer.
Some people say it will, some people say it won't.
I haven't filed a bankruptcy in Canada, but somewhere else.
So my question is : is there a question about previous bankruptcy on TWP application and then on PR application?
And if there is then what happens if the applicant did file bankruptcy in another country?
As I said before, there are no questions specific to bankruptcy on PR. Although, we are asked to declare debt that we have on our POF - I don't know if bankruptcy and debt are same or different(in front of IRCC).

No bankruptcy and debt are not the same thing. Bankruptcy is a debt relief. Once discharged you are debt free.

Updated my comment, I mean't infront of IRCC. I mean, I don't know how IRCC views bankruptcy.
As I said, no such questions about previous bankruptcy in PR application. They only evaluate debt for POF to make sure your POF is genuine.
The answer is NO. It wont affect your PR Application as long as you meet Proof of Fund requirement.

This is true. You cannot be a sponsor of a spouse if you are an undischarged bankrupt.
