hello folks,
my friend has applied to the citizenship and then had bankruptcy. my question is: will his application be affect by the bankruptcy or not?
note: his application is not in process yet.
thanks
Financial conditions has no bearing on the citizenship qualification. The main qualifications for it are english/french language knowledge, citizenship test, and physical presence (primary qualification) in Canada.
wish that, he is a good man and finished all his saving in Canada.

The point is that while there are difference information on each person, ie credit info, travel records, education records, speeding tickets, etc etc are all stored in difference departments. There is no one central location that keeps everything together in super computer. TV shows like NCIS and CSI try to make it so that it is all in one location and they can magically pull up everything on you in a click of a button in a blink of an eye.
