Which banks provide International Bank wire transfer facility in Punjab to send course fee?
Do SBI , SBP, OBC, BOI, PNB provide this facility?

1. Not exactly. Your HDFC bank is not the contractor of banking wire transfer in India. You have options to do it from almost all major banks in India.
