So according to the school I was accepted , I'm supposed to have approximately CAD 23,990 per year. So does it mean my bank statement which I'll use as financial support proof should have above 23, 990 or should it have 46,999 CAD for both

You should have first year fees + 10000 CAD for living expense on the bank account.
 
my real sister lives in canada , can she pay my first semester tution fees? Will it be a problem if she does so? Or should I only pay the fees ?
