Bank Statement

Dear all

I have 3 children and wife.
I have to mention at least 23000Canadian Dollors.
Can you guide me when I have to put this amount in my bank account and for how long?
my Initial applicatin is submitted at CIC Canada and can anyone tell me how long does it take to approval?

it might take 2 to 2.5 months to get AOR from CIO, Sydney, NS

as per the bank statements, the longer the better. i mean if u can send them bank statement with the required amount for more than 9 months, it is highly unlikely that local CHC will ask for the proof of fund again b4 the visa stamping which will speed up the process

but if u send the bank statements for only last 1 or 2 months, there is a strong chance thatthe local CHC will ask for the proof of fund again b4 visa stamping which will delay the processing a bit.

but the good thing is, as long as u send the bank statements showing u have the required amount sitting in the account, they will not reject ur application in terms of funds.
