Dear Sirs, I'm applying for a study permit in Canada.
I gathered the documents, but there's one that I'm troubles with.
The bank statement. My bank is refusing to give me proof of financial capacity, and instead they completed a template available in you website. But they wrote this message below saying that bank doesn't give any guarantee.
Do you know if the visa office will accept this declaration from the bank?
