Bank Statement issue. kindly help required.

hello guys. im from pakistan and applying in a college in toronto. one of my very close friend lives there and he owns some businesses there and a citizen aswel. he is ready to show his bank statement for my visa. kindly help me in this issue. what do you guys think i need to do to satisfy the embassy for accepting my visa application?

I have rarely very rarely seen such a visa getting accepted..it is always preferable to show your first blood as your sponsor like your mom,dad or siblings

My dad doesnot have a bank statement of 30,000 $. is there any other way ?

if you take loan does it need to be there for four months? like the simple bank statement without loan?
and you know any bank giving loan on easy installments or any other source to get loan?

You can as well identify with that person as your uncle/brother to your dad.Since he has the funds necessary to see you through your education,his bank statement is most ideal.

Let him swear a bank statement as your uncle who shall take full resposibility of your education issues once in CANADA.
