bank statement - giving additional infromation

Hi ALl,

got a signed and stamped bank statement today from my bank. They did it for the last 6 months, but it doesn't really seem to show much, apart from a couple transactions and the balance at the start and end of the 6 months. So I was going to another statement from my online account for the same bank, which shows 3 years worth and explain in LOE, is that fine?

Just wanted to make sure they had enough information to go on!

any thoughts on this and if its ok?

See if you can get a letter stating your name, account number, date the account was opened, average balance for last 6 months and current balance from the bank. This letter with the bank statements you have, will be more than enough.

unfortunately most banks in UK don't give these letters. In all fairness, my stamped statement covers all of the above apart from the date it was opened.
