BANK STATEMENT-EVIDENCE OF FUNDS

Hi all, pls does anyone know what the cic check in bank statements. do they check movements of balances? or they are just concerned with checking only d minimum balance.
In addition, do applications get rejected owing to inadequate funds?

When they will ask for the POF you need to make sure you have the amount needed.

thanks Alex..i have submitted my bank statement as POF. the bank statement has the amount required(CAD11025) but it does not have history of movement of large amounts
within the 12 months period they asked for.

As long as there is no significant change/movement in the funds, you should be good. They check to ensure that you do no get the the funds from some where when ever you are being asked to show POF.
