bank statement duration

What is the duration of bank statement should we present when showing proof of funds.

The problem is that we recently deposited amounts of money at regular intervals during the last month and before that the funds in the accounts were substantially low. Will that be an issue? Also i am showing statements from provident fund and citizen investment trust as Proof of funds. Please help.

please ask to bank for issuing the balance certificate for your account , no need of statement

thanks, i am intending to provide a bank statement, a balance certificate from bank, a balance certificate from Employee Provident fund and Citizen investment trust. The total amount exceeds the required amount but i am just showing 14,000 CAD in the form. Is that OK? Because I intend to use the rest of the funds for buying tickets etc. I hope the bank statement showing funds deposited within the last one month will not make an issue.
