I'm preparing my Visa file and am writing down my financial details. I have a financial assistance of CAD 20k/year from university (for PhD) and can show ~10lacs in PF + FD through my parents. I am also declaring property of more than 50lacs and attaching documents supporting the same. Should I still get an education loan of 10lacs and show it or this much is sufficient? My annual fees will be CAD 3K and living expensed will be ~CAD 12K. I am confused as one of my friend said that bank loan is very much essential. Anyone else out there who applied for a Visa with financial assistance?
