Hi all,,

I have managed to get a benk letter mentioning all details .. but it was generated two weeks( 24 jan) before recieving an ITA on 8 feb. ( cause i had an ita becore on 11 jan but had to decline it)

And now the bank refused to give it agian with updtaed dates...

Can I still use that 2 weeks old letter?

I have latest statements on 10 feb and the amount only differ by few hundred .

Thanks

Yes you can still use the same letter. 2 weeks is not that old.

Hi Seniors,

I wanted to check with you if it is necessary to have the bank to mention my average balance over the past six months( per instructions in the CIC website). My bank is providing me the Letter with Current Outstanding/Final Balance as on today's date. I am also getting the Bank Statements( signed and stamped by concerned the bank official). I wanted to check with you if this will do. Do I have to mention in my LOE that bank is not able to provide the average balance over the last six months but only the current outstanding balance. Please reply.

Thanks and Regards,

As per IRCC last six month's avg. balance is required.

yeah but most banks dont give balance letters showing average for last 6 months... so i think current balance letter + last 6 months bank statements signed and stamped should be enough...

good luck...

Dear All,

What if there are fluctuations in my bank account ? Sorry but i only have one account on my name.

1. My bank account which i am going to show is fluctuating between 10500 CAD to 11500 CAD in last 6 months. I have got ITA on 8 feb.
Is it okay if show them this fluctuating bank balance of last 6 months. Will that be okay ? I am thinking to submit my eAPR on 10 April 2017. Really worried .

2. Also if i add 1000 CAD so that i pass the eligible criteria of 12300 CAD will that be questioned by CIC if i add it from my parents account to my account ? Currently the balance in account is 11500 CAD.

3.. Is it necessary that the account should have no debit transactions and should be maintained debit free for 6 months continuos ?

Thank you in advance

2. Also if i add 1000 CAD so that i pass the eligible criteria of 12300 CAD will that be questioned by CIC if i add it from my parents account to my account ? Currently the balance in account is 11500 CAD. A: Any amount that isn't yours need to be supported with a gift deed.

3.. Is it necessary that the account should have no debit transactions and should be maintained debit free for 6 months continuos ? A: There is no such requirement from IRCC.

Thank you in advance

Dear Thanks a lot for the prompt reply.

What is LICO ? Low income cutt off right?
How do you identify if one person if above LICO or not ?
And if you see my case is my balance above LICO for past 6 months ?
