Bank Letter not following CIC format, please help

Has anyone experienced a situation were your bank has it's own format and will not use CIC format in writing your letter?

I am considering writing a LOE regarding this. I wilI also include my six months bank statement. The bank letter has its contact info in case CIC wants to verify.

Please help if you've experienced this.

I have the same situation, I am have a bank appointment on the 11th to see if I can get them to at least write me a letter to give CIC explaining the reasons for their format.
I also plan to include six months bank statements.
Advice would be welcome I'm not sure what else I can do?

My 60 days is running out next week. If I can't get the CIC format, I'll just go with the bank's and attach a LOE.
