bank is not giving Proof of funds letter with "whom so ever it may concern"

Hi All,

My bank is not giving certificate for Proof of funds with "Whom so ever it may concern".

Bank is saying they will address the letter to any specific person.

Whom it should be addressed ? New Delhi office or Nova Scotia ? Who is the person to mention on the letter ?

All you need is a statement copy, not even a certificate.

If you want a certificate you can address it to the Minister of Immigration? Citizenship and Immigration Canada?
