BANK ACCOUNT ON VISTOR VISA

I have to open bank account on my visit to Canada, Can I specify this as one of the reason while applying for visa ? What are the chances of getting visa

The VO will think, why is a visitor opening a bank account in account when they are just "visiting ?' When I travel, which I do very frequently to other countries, I have NEVER had the need to open an account
