Hi,

I am a bangladeshi national planning to immigrate to canada. The fact is that I am currently staying in the US for the last 3 years.

My question is where should I submit my application? to Singapre (south east asia center) or to New York (North america center)?

Moreover, which office requires less time to process the application? Singapore or New York?

please enlighten me more.

best

I assume you are asking about the Federal Skilled Worker program. Singapore shows slightly faster processing times than New York.

Keep in mind that if an interview is required, it will be held in the country of the visa office. Processing can also take longer than a year. If there's any chance you may be leaving the US relatively soon and you don't have a green card or something else that will guarantee re-entry to attend a potential interview, the you should apply to Singapore.
