Hi, I have sent my documents (passport photocopy and authorization letter) to Bangladesh High Commission, Ottawa, with return tracking mail more than two weeks ago for attestation, and paid for expedited service ($60). However, I have not receive any mail from them, cannot track my package probably because they have not mailed it, they are not answering my calls, and there is no way of knowing the status of my documents from their website. What should I do? Thanks.
