my sister is on student visa in canada. her husband was applied for open work permit as a spouse but got banned for 5 years . now my sister is going to apply for PG work permit . does that ban will effect to my sisters application or not

No they are individuals but he can't come to Canada while she is here on PGWP. Applying for PR together couls be a problem if it is during his inadmissibility period.
