Bakery Supervisor 6332 / Roles and Responsibilities

Hi Friends,

My profile is of bakery supervisor. Plus a bakery chef, as I prepare biscuits, breads and cakes (additional duties).

Also to be noted that the bakery/factory is a registered one and is owned by my uncle. (I have all the documents in order)

I know that my profession falls under NOC 6332.

My questions are :

1) how good is the NOC to apply under EE ? (CRS Score : 430; with spouse)

2) Also can any one provide format for roles and responsibilities for NOC 6332 ?
(I have gone through the ones provided on CIC website)
