Backlog Summary Procedure for Delhi University

Can anyone help me understand what is the procedure to get a backlog summary certificate from Delhi University?
I'm applying at Humber for a post grad course and they're asking for the same.

Please assist.

I got it from my college. Went to admin office and asked for it. They looked at my records, printed it and gave it to me. Got it signed by the principal. Easy.

Update: i didn't any add backlog or No backlog certificate. I studied from Delhi university. Got the visa , now I’m here in canada about to complete my studies.
