Hi, I have to submit the 5669 form. I am having trouble filling it out. How detailed should it be? And if I travelled while still holding my job how do I enter that? For example, I have had the same job for 3 years but in that time I have travelled for 2-3 months several times plus many trips out of canada for 1 week or less. The new form doesn't seem to allow me to add a separate more detailed supplement of all the trips. Would love any feedback from anyone who has filled this out. Thanks!

I only mentioned the international trips I took when I was not employed. I skipped the ones taken during the job and instead mentioned them in the supplementary travel form.
Hope I did the right thing!

Is it alright to skip trips that lasted for 4-5 days? Should every single travel be included?
