I'm confused please help.

The guide tells me to write down all my personal information for the past 10 years.

The form askes me for everything since I was 18.

Which is it? I am 39 so I assume It's just the past 10 years?

hey it asks whichever period is longer so it would have to be since 18, because 10 years you would be 29 and age 18 is longer than that. hope this helps you. good luck

In my case that is pretty much impossible. I either do not have, or cannot remember exact details of over 30 years of information.

Go with what the form asks for. In my husbands case it was 22 years of information. We used past tax returns to recall the jobs he worked and then guesstimated from memory the months that they occurred during. You will have to use your best recollection of the information. No one said getting the information would be easy but you will have to do your best to present accurate information. Good luck.

Oh yes, its really not easy, I also had to do details from 18 to 39 and it was a nightmare to try and get it all, I used old resume and details from old credit reports to work out where I lived and where I worked all that time.
