1. Should temporary visits be listed as well? (less than 3 months in another country). If so, what should be listed as the address? Is it sufficient to provide the employer address(as the accomodation would be a hotel address)? I have had several trips which were for a month or 3 months and filling up such data looks tedious.

2. Recently I renewed my passport. My previous passport has all the visas. Should these pages be sent as well?

Would appreciate your valuable thoughts on the same!

The instruction is that you shoud list those for one month and more. If you cannot give address, mention at least the place and country.

Example: From: Month--year to Month--- year Place: Singapore : Business visit.

You can copy down the dates of departure from your country and arrival back, from your passport.

1. Anywhere u stayed for 6 months or more, after the age of 18, must be mentioned. Rest, u can ignore.
2. Yes, both the pp copies. Pages as applicable to point-1 definitely.
