Background Declaration (Item 15 Addresses)

Hi Friends,

I am filling this form IMM 0080 E, here you have to mention in item 15 Addresses where i have lived from age of 18 till present.

well i do remember all the places where i hv lived, but my question is do i need to mention my travelling to my home country for duration like (1 week, 3 week etc) which is during my employment and living in singapore (present)

or can i simply provide it as from date (first time i came to singapore) to present

I didn't mention vacation if it is less than 1 month, Its up to you, they just want to check if you have lived more than 6 months at one place then you shuld provide police certificate from that country. i guess this form is for this purpose only...

I don't think, you need to mention vacation time in list 15. But, to be on the safer side, attach another sheet detailing the vacation period as it will coincide with stamps in your passport.
