They are basically asking if you were working, student, unemployed and to provide details as requied. If you were outside your home country they are asking if you were on a work visa, student visa, visiting. You need to account for all of the time, and cannot leave any gaps. I would recommend doing it from when you turned 18 until present day as although CIC ask or 'the last 10 years' many people have been asking to provide their personal history from age 18.

They want u to tell them what's going on NOW IN UR LIFE SO STATE IF UR WORKING OR GOING TO SCHOOL OR JUST SITTING HOME ON FACEBOOK N THEN THE TIME BEFORE NOW N THEN THE TIME BEFORE THAT N SO ON N SO ON

'Most recent' means start by describing your personal history from the day you complete the application, as in what you are doing right now in terms of employment, student etc then work back through your past.

Does that make sense?! You are working back through your own personal work/student/unemployed history, starting with the 'most recent' occupation/course etc first. If you were living in a different country, under status in country you would put 'visitor' or 'work permit' etc.

ok thanks, but the date for the present should i use the date i fill the application, i don't normal work with a company sometime i work a electrian and sometime i work for myself i am certified electrician. what should i put in the company name section?

the part it say address i lived since my 18th birthday i still live at this address what should go

If the time periods overlap in terms of working for the company and self employed I would just put them both down. For example

Name of Company: xxxxxx & Self Employed.

For your address, just put the date from when you were 18 until present.
