Background declaration form

Hello friends,

In BACKGROUND/DECLEARATION IMM5669 form relating to personal history, Do we have to mention the address (city, town, country) of the organization we worked for or our living location. Because in my case, my living address and address of my organization in which i worked for is totallly different. Please suggest!!

Hi, Im so confuse on this. Pls help me. I have my vacation in SG for 3days then 1day in Malaysia do I really need to indicate the address that I've stayed since in just only on vacation in SG and Malaysia? and How about in Disneyland i just exit HK to visit Disneyland for 8hrs only do I still need to include it in this address?

No, just mention ur home address. Its basically addresses for ur living and not vacations
