Hi there,
I had a bit of a question regarding the 6th question on the Background/Declaration Form. I just wanted to make sure I was reading it correctly. When it asks if "you, or any family members listed in the application, ever..." I am assuming the family members mentioned means the parents listed in questions 4-5? If so, how exactly does that work if a family member has been convicted of a crime? I personally do not have anything in my background so would the fact a parent does possibly pose an issue for me applying for PR? I would disclose it either way and I noticed the section to explain, but just wanted to make sure I was aware of exactly what it could mean for me in the long run/what to expect.
Thank you!
