Second that. If you have been refused answer with yes and attach an explanation.

thanks all

Also better to attach the Reason for Rejecting letter which you might have got from the department. That'll ease their job. Not to mention they'll anyways have our records intact and easily available from concerned departments upon request.

All the best on your application.

Yah put and 'Yes'. It is not a negative thing, it is just an information.
This section is used for people who have had problem in the past with Canadian Immigration for example: people who belong to certain parties/groups etc etc.

Also if your spouse is also applying with you, and he/she was refused a visa: You need to write at the space provided " My wife was refused a Temporary Resident Visa on xxxx".

I am not sure about attaching the rejection letter.

They just wanted to know if applicant was ever refused or not. You can include it, if you want, but i feel - why include an extra "Rejection letter", when CIC specifically said "Do not include any extra documents". It may confuse them even more.

Absolutely. I would not submit additional documents, just a small letter or comment why you got
rejected. They can also look it up.

Strictly speaking, having a work permit application declined is not the same thing as being refused entry, though?

Oops I missed out on that... I. Was rejected a trp back in 2007... So after getting my aor can I mention it later stating that I forgot to mention???
Please help!!!
