Hi,

I have 1.5 yrs of experience as an Xray & pathology technician,& work ex is coming under under MI 3 instruction.I am M.SC Biotech from India & also cleared IELTS wt 7.5 bands.

Now i just want to know that the hospital where i work is coming under rural area & most of the time there phone no (Land line) is not working.So can u please suggest me is it any obstacle on background check process due to non functioning of land-line no.

1 more thing i will let u know that doctors under whom i work & reported have cell phone & both are available on that.

please guide me m confused wat to do.

Provide as many contact modes that u can. If there is some problem you foresee, do send the clarification letter to your VO and suggest the right contact mode.

This way, u will actually establish your credibility to VO

1 more thing i would like to know the doctors under whose supervision i was work is not a good english speaking person in short there may be communication problem if some 1 call from VO for work ex enquiry.

well in my view...u r in indifferent situation from most of the applicants. Communication issue is almost in every non-english speaking country and CHC handles it on regular basis. U do not need to worry about these matter. If they find any issue, will use local Indian office to work on their behalf

Hence in short, u don't worry about these matter. What u should be concerned is access to you by VO must be easy.

in my case below is the point assessment.

Work Ex (1.5 Yrs) = 15
Age (26 yrs) = 10
IELTS (7.5 Bands) = 12
Spouse Ed (3.5 Yrs Diploma) = 3
Family in Canada (on Spouse Side) = 5

Total = 70

according to me i am on 70 points is its OK?

Secondly i preparing my document & planing to send in Feb.2012
