I am not quite sure what is exactly wrong with that. However, if you believe there is something wrong, you can submit any document to them through the web form: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp

Explain exactly to them why you did so.

Yes. First of all, you get an automatic reply that your Case Specific Enquiry has been received.

After a few days, you will get a response from them confirming that they received your docs.

i tried the same but i don;t know where my application is being processed. please let me know how can i know that

After a few days, you will get a response from them confirming that they received your docs.

Thank you ..... i got a mail from them that my pcc has been forwarded to concerned deptt.
