Dears,

What is your idea about possibility of BC rejection in this scenario: my partner had applied to a pd program in canada a couple of years ago but after getting admission, one of recommendation letter was identified as forgery and admission was cancelled before program starts. Do you think this will affect her BC?

Well if the student visa was issued for the PhD and then later canceled, the immigration officer will know about that. However if the student visa was not issued or it wasn't canceled, then your partner is probably safe. Forged documents should always be avoided
