Hi All
I got my BG changed from "COMPLETED" to "IN PROGRESS". Here is my timeline

AOR for a family of four: Jan 2022
FIngerprint requested: Feb 2022
Fingerprints sent: Feb 2022
Test Passed: Sep 2022
BG completed: 25 Nov 2022
BG changed from "COMPLETED" to "IN PROGRESS": 10 Dec 2022

I called IRCC and the agent has no clue at all rather he confused me more. As per the IRCC agent, my BG was marked as "completed" by mistake which I did not agree with because I called IRCC earlier and got confirmation of completion of criminality and security. I am very much confused and totally lost. Any suggestion please

It's only valid for one year. After that, they redo it. Normal procedure.
 
it's might be a glitch, wait for a week-ish and see if it changes back. If it doesn't then you'll most probably get FP request again.

similar situation, have you got already PR card, please can you share your timeline after BG changed from "COMPLETED" to "IN PROGRESS": 10 Dec 2022. thank you!
