Back ground check

Hi there
Actually I want to know about back ground check.i applied on 6 Nov..medical passed on 20 Nov and biometric done on 29nov,,,no other update till now. I have applied as a spouse non accompany...my husband got a criminal offence of .bettrey from England..so he is not accompany..is there any chance s for approval..kindly suggest (his pcc is also attached with the file)

Processing time is 6 months. It's been only less than 2 months since you applied. Chill and Wait.

Btw, if a family member is inadmissible, the whole family becomes inadmissible. Better check if your husband needs criminal rehabilitation or not.

Is it true that cec applicants wait less than that? If only had Canadian. Work experience ?

No. The average processing time still remains 6ish months. If luck has it, you can get the PR in less than 6 months or maybe more. Which stream you belong to has no impact on your processing.

No one know for sure as it depends on agent reviewing the case.
IMO Little chance of approval.
