Bachelors Commerce/MBA Employed as Software Engineer in MNC NOC 2173 Any issues

1. Bachelors in Commerce
Masters Business Administration
Employed as Software Engineer in MNC in India for more than five years
Applicable / Selected NOC 2173

WES ECA done for both Bachelors Masters, employment letter, referral letters with Software Engineer designation available

Got OPNP PT. Will apply very soon.

Do you for see any issues, I may face.

2. For my spouse I claimed IELTS WES ECA points
The OPNP application form requires only IELTS score, No WES ECA reference?

I am not an expert but I can give my humble opinion ...

I do not know concerning the second point but you can always attach a LOE and state the reference number in it.

While concerning your first point logically think it would make no difference... there are a lot of people in the world employed in jobs that have nothing to do with their degrees and I am sure Canada has many of such cases and CIC is well aware of it, they will mostly care to match your job roles and responsibilities with your NOC code ones.
