Hi all
I know it is still early but it doesn't hurt to find some info
Our application for sponsorship will be in process any day now and hopefully my spouse will get her PR within the year (if we lucky enough - through Vienna)
My spouse is already on her 2nd month of pregnancy and delivery is expected around October 2013. We do not want to waste any time here in Europe and we like to move to Calgary as soon as she gets approved.
Now if we have ample time lets say she is approved sometime in August and we can fly (many airlines allow a pregnant mom to fly up to 32 weeks- 8 months).
If time is not on our side then we can make arrangements for the baby to be born here in our home country.
What can we do after this? Lets say that, baby is born here but we want to leave immediately after mom and baby are ok to travel.
Do we have to wait another crazy period to start PR process for the baby or we can take it with us and do the process in Canada.I am the Canadian sponsor.
I know that some of you have been in the same boat so I would appreciate any answers that can help us to plan ahead of time!
Regards to all and God bless
