Baby bonus for foreigners

Hi All,
We move to Mtl in the summer because my husband got a good job offer (IT), he already has work permit. We have a 2 yo daughter and twins will be born in autumn. We are planning to settle down there, getting the citizenship is 10 years - based on our french knowledge (none) .

Is he eligible now for baby bonus or can have some tax refund yearly/monthly after the 3 kids?

You aren't eligible at this time. You will qualify to apply for CCTB once you have lived in Canada for 18 months.
