I have done a lot of research on the form to try and find answers to my few questions and I have found many answers but none have really been consistent.

I am filling out the forms for my husband tonight. One for his goods accompanying and the other for his goods to follow. I understand that I can do groupings for things like clothing, childhood toys, electronics etc. But where I'm confused is...

Do I need to have another separate sheet with every item that is in each box and it's value or is the grouping sufficient. I have the bigger items on their own, was just curious about the smaller items.

Thanks

Grouping is sufficient and placing a value on that whole group is perfectly fine.

There are two kinds of things you would want to separate though, electronics and jewelry(maybe an expensive watch in a guys' case).
For the electronic you want to write the make, model, and serial number.
For jewelry they recommend attaching photos of each piece.

Awesome! Thank you so much!

No problem! Good luck! :)

Another silly question...

Do we need to use the actual B4 form?

I believe you do have to use the b4 but not the b4a if you don't want to.
I have heard people say they use excel spreadsheets instead but I'm not sure if that includes the b4 as well.
Hopefully someone can answer this better than I have!
