I am applying under FSW and I wanted to know whether NOC 2171 accepts B.com ?

In other words, can I be rejected under NOC 2171 if I am a B.com graduate ?

No, If you have job duties stating or supporting NOC 2171. You can be b.com graduate and work as 2171 - Information systems analysts and consultants.

I too have a science background but will show work experience under NOC 2171. Important thing to remember is a BA profile can also be obtained due to industry or domain experience which need not be linked to the education. In any case, if the employer willingly hired you then that itself indicates the educational background was not an issue
