Hi everyone and happy new year.

In 2012 I got deported from my Fiance, Family, Friends and carrier in Canada, do to criminal inadmissibility.

Here are some details of the events:

When a young man in difficult times I got manipulated by people involved with trafficking, and while under influence of drugs I got used as a middle man in a shipment of drugs.
The shipment went terribly wrong, I got the blame and was hunted down and beaten almost to death in my home country.

Officials there told me that ''if I wanted to live'' it would be best for me to make a run for my life because they could not guarantee me protection.
Giving that my countries government told me that, I decided to do so.

I came to Canada in xx/03/2009 hoping that I could get my life on track and help others that are headed the same way I went.

I ended up in a youth shelter where I could NOT stay unless I had a work-permit or applying for some sort of visa.

After discussing my case with the staff at the shelter they determent that in my case it would be best to apply for refuge do to the fact that my countries gov could not protect me.

Whilst the app was in process i got introduced to my wife who showed me that becoming a good person is much more than possible.
Around that same time I obtained a work-permit, and started working full-time.

The application process was very long and years started passing.
Me and my fiance at the time, moved in together in the same town her mother lives in and we became a close, happy, loving family.

After of 3 years or so and as many if not more court hearings I one day finally got the final decision, obviously negative and to make matters worse inadmissibility.

I got a date of departure xx/07/2012 and had to leave my life heartbroken with the woman of my dreams and family crushed by the news.

Since than its been 4 years and 9 months, even though we got separated by countries we got married in 2013 and are very strong.

Things have been other-vice very complicated since, and day to day life is at times extremely overwhelming.

I have sent numerous application/requests and so on all over to try to figure out how I may return to the love of my life family and friends.

There is no '' iim xxxx'' number to be found on my certificate of departure, and it seems impossible to get any info from CIC and parole board says they do not deal with my type of scenario when I asked them about clemency, they replied to my email '' that its up to the CIC ''.

Can anyone help me or direct me on who to contact, what to do ?

I just want to come home, I am falling apart without my major half and cant live with out them, I need to be able to be there for them in person.

I feel as I will just one day not wake up.

Please help me find a solution
if you can...

If you want to return to Canada, the first thing you should look into is applying for rehabilitation since it sounds like you were deemed inadmissible due to your criminal past. Due to the serious nature of your charges, it's impossible for any of us to say if rehabilitation will be approved. It's possible your wife may have to consider moving to your country instead.

Start researching the rehabilitation process here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5312ETOC.asp

Once you submit your rehabilitation application, it can take anywhere from several months to a couple of years for it to be approved.

Assuming the rehabilitation application is approved, your wife can then look into sponsoring you for permanent residency.

FYI - CIC will not provide you with guidance on your case. If you are looking for that sort of individual guidance, you would need to hire an immigration lawyer.

Thanks for taking the time to reply to my post,

I guess I will have to go that way, since all answers I get lead that way and immigration lawyers have lead me into nothing but dept and more complications.

God it would be great if a GOV could see a man for what he really is and can do for others, not for a foolish hunting past.

p.s. if any one has any other ideas than im all ears.

You're extremely lucky that you are trying to return to Canada and not the US. While it may take several years to get through all of the paperwork, returning to Canada should be doable.

Since you have a drug trafficking conviction, you're banned from the US for life with no possibility of a waiver. The US takes a very hard stance when it comes to drug-related convictions.

You need to start with the rehab application. There's no other way (and certainly no easy/fast way). Good luck.

Even though I was not convicted anywhere in the worl.
because I told the Canadian GOV the whole truth to show that I am a good honest person, I have a conviction as a trafficker where ever I apply??

if for an example if I got a position with the Enterprise i work with in the U.S. i could come??

Again, you're banned for life from the US and there is no waiver available. This means you cannot enter the US for any reason for the rest of your life (unless the US relaxes their laws with regards to drug convictions).

For Canada, you need to go through the rehabilitation process because you have a criminal record.

thanks again, you have been very helpful.

I am starting the app process now.

hope this works..

have a Great one
