I guess. By file submission, you mean AOR date.

It takes approx 6 months from date of AOR. If you lucky then you can get in 4 months too.
Also, once you submit your application then the score doesn't expedite or slowdown your process it's just an entry barrier which you have crossed.

Ur AOR is 25 April
Expect medical result and biometrics letter around 40-45 days
After that pray that there is no additional document request I.e ADR

If all goes well then there is a wait from medical and bio.. it can be 3-6 months anytime u can get PPR mail.
