Hi @legalfalcon I got married in December 2017 and got separated In May 2018.
I applied for Pr and got invitation to apply. But as per Indian laws, you need to wait for one year before you can apply for divorce so I don’t have any divorce decree or documents to prove my marital status.
We went to court for mutual consent divorce but our request was rejected as there is a clause which requires one year of separation before divorce can be filed.
I have few left to submit my documents, can you please suggest me what to do ? @legalfalcon
