Average processing time for PRTD from KHI, Pakistan - medical based urgency

If anyone applied PRTD from Karachi, Pakistan; please share

Question 1: When did you apply?
Question 2: How many days/weeks/months it took for you to receive the PRTD?
Question 3: Did you try to make it urgent? If yes,
Question 4: How did you make it urgent? by attaching return ticket, medical letters, approaching MP in Canada, sending e-mails to Visa office/council etc.
