There is no average- cutoff scores have varied wildly. The lowest they ever fell to was 452 last year, and this last draw, it was up to 532.

Well, the lowest score needed to get an ITA so far was 450. It was the lowest score so far and came up in 2 separate draws.

There have been a few other draws in the 451-460 range.

I suppose that if you want to look at Express Entry in its entirety, you could say that anybody who has 450+ points has a fair chance of being selected at some point.

As for myself, I was lucky enough to have been selected in one of the 450 rounds, as my score was 451.
