Auto reply after sending CSE

Dear all fellow applicants and experienced users,

I just sent a CSE to Manila VO and would appreciate if anyone could kindly give a short advice on my questions ~

1. I sent my CSE yesterday but did not get any automated confirmation email. I did capture the "Confirmation - success!" page after the submission but I'm just wondering if not getting any auto reply is normal. When I sent an email to my visa office I always got an auto-reply within minutes.

2. It seems like you can send a CSE from the general page or the specific page for each visa office. Are they the same? I used the specific form for my visa office.

2. It seems like you can send a CSE from the general page or the specific page for each visa office. Are they the same? I used the specific form for my visa office. They are the same, the General CSE will be redirected to the handling handling your file internally
