Authorization to return to canada

I applied for my arc application on March 28 2018, MP contacted immigration for an update and said it is in que for prossessing. I have stage 1 of humanitarian approved and waiting for the arc application to return back for my PR card after being deported of a declined refugee claim. Does anyone know how long the application takes at the canadian embassy in Rome visa for Albanian citizens ?

Yes, my partner was asked for ARC while we are in process for PPR application through Express Entry. He applied in December 2018. We haven't received the answer yet.
