Hello forum members.
I have a question about an ARC form. I am currently staying in Mexico(it is not my country of residence).
The thing is i am not planning on going back to Israel(my country of residence) in a close future and i would like
to know if it is possible to apply for this form from the country where you are not a resident. I tried calling and contacting
local embassies but they seem not to be informed about this specific form.
Thanks you very much for your attention and help.
Cheers

You can. Do it as any other application. Look for an office and submit your documentation. When you fill in the forms there are some checkboxes to state that you are applying outside your country of residency.

1. Yes you can, but if you are applying to visit Canada, and have been removed once, the chances are pretty close to nil.
2. Also it quite probably that CHC Mexico City, may refuse solely based on you lack of ties to Mexico.
