Authentication of documents

Hello, I am waiting for my IELTS result and planning to apply for Canadian skilled immigration after receiving desired IELTS score.

Kindly let me know about the procedure to follow after IELTS result.I am from India and would like to know about authentication of academic documents.As I don't have an idea,how to get my documents Authenticated.Please let me know from where should I get my degree and marks sheet certified for genuineness.Should I visit my university or college (Institution where I studied) to get the documents authenticated.

Educational Docs are authenticated via Transcripts in University sealed Envelope
You need to contact your Univ to issue you transcripts and you need to get your degree notarized.

All these papaers are needed in second stage of application

For you, your spouse or common-law partner:

•Post-secondary education documents: vocational or technical certificates or diplomas;
•College or university documents: certification of completion and the graduation degree, diploma, or certificate issued by the college or university and the evaluation committee;
•Transcripts: original transcripts of all degrees must be submitted in university-sealed envelopes.
•Professional qualifications certificates: notarized professional qualifications certificates should be submitted if available. (e.g., Engineer, Computer Programmer, Accountant, Economist, Translator/Interpreter, Architect etc.)

First one in life science and second one in computer science but I would like to immigrate on the basis of my computer science degree so do I need to submit certificates of both courses or only those related to my computer science degree course.

Kindly let me know,how many points am I going to get on the basis of my qualifications?

You have to submit documents for both University degrees.

You can get 22 Point for Education Factor for 2 University Degree and 15 years of Full Education.
