Hi Guys My name is Dominic Abrams and I am writing to express my interest in a opportunity working in Canada as an Electrical A Grade , and wondering if anyone on here has had the pleasure of getting work as an electrician in Canada, and if they could please help me get some sort of direction on where to apply.
I’ll be heading to Vancouver around November and would like to get a job before arrive.
A little about my career, I have worked in a variety of environments from Domestic to Commercial/Industrial and for a variety of companies and believe that this has created a well-rounded understanding of the Electrical Industry. I have been employed as both a contractor and employee and together with my diverse experience and willingness to take on other electrical roles, l feel that l have the ability and skill set to adapt to any work site. In addition to this, l have trained and mentored apprentices and this has given me invaluable management experience.
l have gained competencies in switchboard terminations, cable terminations, cable tray, cable ladder and general light and power, all whilst maintaining and complying with Occupational Health & Safety policies and procedures.
This is only a little about me, but please if anyone can point me in the right direction will be a massive help.
Kind Regards
Dominic Abrams
