Hi, my Australia PR has been cancelled last month because of working extra hours while I was on study visa...Can I apply for work permit or student permit for Canada? Any suggestions for my situation? Please don't just accuse me or tell me that I shouldn't have worked extra coz I already know that but if u have any suggestion that can make my situation better than I would really appreciate it..

You should be able to apply regardless of your situation in Australia. It might be hard to get a work permit in Canada unless you get an employer to sponsor you. Or you could apply for an International Experience Canada visa depending on your country of origin.
Well take into account that OP worked illegally during the time they were a student so chances of even getting a approved visa is lower than other people since CIC will check everything with Australian immigration.

My bad I didn't pay attention to that part, although the OP might be able to apply and see how things progress as you may never know how CIC is going to react to OP's situation in Australia.
You have already shown that you don't respect the immigration laws of other countries by working illegally in Australia. You have pretty much no chance of being approved for a work or study permit in Canada.
